
CHARTER ACTIVITY TERMS & RISK INFORMATION
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
Participation in charter fishing activities, boating excursions, snorkeling, swimming, island transfers, and other marine activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Injury caused by hooks, fishing equipment, knives, or marine animals
- Slips, falls, drowning, or accidents on board
- Seasickness, dehydration, sun exposure, or weather-related conditions
- Mechanical failure or unforeseen maritime events
- Risks associated with remote locations and potential delays in medical assistance
Participation in any activity implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these inherent risks.
2. MEDICAL FITNESS
A suitable level of physical and medical fitness is recommended for participation in all activities.
Any medical condition, allergy, disability, injury, pregnancy, or medication that may affect participation or safety should be disclosed to the captain or crew before departure.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grenadines Fishing, including its owners, captains, crew members, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors, shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, expenses, or claims arising from participation in charter activities, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Illness or death
- Property damage or loss
- Delays, cancellations, or interruptions resulting from weather conditions or operational circumstances
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDUCT AND DAMAGES
Participants remain responsible for personal conduct throughout the charter.
Any damage to the vessel, equipment, or property resulting from negligent, reckless, or non-compliant behavior may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement costs.
Compliance with crew instructions and maritime safety regulations is required at all times.
5. SAFETY RULES
For the safety of all passengers and crew:
- Instructions provided by the captain and crew must be followed at all times.
- Safety equipment must be worn when requested.
- Dangerous, reckless, aggressive, or intoxicated behavior is prohibited.
- Marine wildlife and environmental regulations must be respected.
Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in termination of participation without refund.
6. ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY
Boarding or continued participation may be refused to any passenger considered to be under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol.
No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
7. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
Grenadines Fishing reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten, reschedule, or modify any trip due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Sea conditions
- Mechanical issues
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Operational decisions made for safety reasons shall be considered final.
8. PHOTO AND MEDIA POLICY
Photographs and videos captured during charter activities may be used for promotional, marketing, website, or social media purposes.
Guests wishing to opt out of media usage should notify Grenadines Fishing in writing before departure.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and all charter activities are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Any dispute arising in connection with charter services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
